Los recibí hoy, excelentes, pensé que se podía usar uno para dos gatos, pero solamente me deja agregar un gato por comedero, me tocará comprar otro ya que tengo 4 gatos; desde hace 4 años uso esta marca y la verdad me ha encantado, he pasado por varias generaciones de comederos, ahora compré estos nuevos…esperemos que sigan siendo excelentes como los demás

I first I was worried about the cats being afraid of the lid opening and closing, but they have acclimated and adjusted to the nuance of it completely fine. The male cat is on a prescription diet so he has to eat a specific food and it keeps the female cat out of his food and vice versa. I do put wet food in there sometimes the refresher bags that you put in the lid in the compartment where you store the food does expire pretty quickly every 14 days so just keep that in mind other than that I have no complaints. I like the app a lot and the cats Are completely used to their new feeders and it keeps our dog out of their food too overall it’s a win all around.

Love this feeder. I a mulit cat house feeding is tricky. We have 4 cats and three are tripods so weight management is big for us. This feeder allows the proper amount of food and only the cat its intended for to get it. We habe had a little bit of a issues with the rotor getting stuck but its user error, not the machine . Highly recommend this product

Started with one for our cat that was losing weight so she could graze. Was easy to set up-- pretty self-explanatory, easy to follow directions included. Helped our girl Duchess get comfortable with the moving lid using some treats- shes a baby and adapted so quickly to the movement of the lid. Honestly, the hardest part was getting the collar on her because she was opposed to it. Now shes putting weight back on and I can see she's going to the feeder 9-15 times a day to finish her breakfast because the app tracks her visits and times how long shes been there (so you can tell shes really been eating).
Waited a few weeks before we bought her brother and sister each one. They needed no help figuring it out, except Squirrel tried to get through the lid. She has since learned she cannot steal anyone's food now. She and her brother Big would swap bowls, but he gets medicated food, so we can't have that. Now Squirrel sits on the feeders she can't get food from like a gargoyle. Really happy with how this has helped with meal times and improved our cats' quality of life.

This is my first buy and after a month of service I'm right beside my money because this product gave me understanding and future setting along with cat health and timing in-take and water amount the quality and capacity the color and size and place you put it I ensure it will do the same for you so try it out the noise level is little to none I recorded my voice so it calls my cat for feeding and it's keeps the dog from eating the cat food because it's private... P.s set the door setting ot fast closing any other speeds never closes the door probably only haft way.

Easy to set up and my cat took to it quick. We replaced an older automatic feeder and our cat is 6 years old. We had to get one with a cover because of our new puppy. You can set up multiple feeding times and portion sizes. I really like this feede4!

Wonderful product. Very high quality build. App is superb. Easy to use and set up. Has so many great features. There is no way one cat can eat the other’s food. One bigger cat can’t bully the small cat away to eat their food. The door will close and they won’t get the food. It’s amazing. Super great for cats or dogs to lose weight. Great for animal health and for the pet owner’s peace of mind. Now feedings can happen unsupervised. Super quiet. No noise at all. You can set up a voice recording to call your pet when it’s dinner time. So they can get that reinforcement and routine. Our cats did take a while to get used to the new feeders.but we persevered and it is like second nature. And we can travel out of town for a night or two with no worry. The unit is very reliable and you can get the travel ability you want with this. And it has battery back up so if the power goes out you will be fine.
Super awesome we have two of these and love love them.

Omg I cannot begin to tell you how these have helped me. I have two cats and one of them
Is on a prescription diet and cannot have anything else other than his own food and getting a second cat I knew that I cannot have the same food dispenser as I had before. Though I loved the Wopet too but great when I only had the one cat. These fancy dispensers I can control from my phone see how many times who went to eat and the best part of it is that only the pet that it is synced for can open it. The RFID recognizes the collar that they're wearing and opens up for each specific pet. The guards on the side prevents the other pet from coming in from the side and eating. Love it. One thing that I do wish that they had was a built in camera. I mean that would've been the icing on the cake!!!!

So far so good! I love these feeders! I have two cats who eat different foods, as well as a Frenchie, who loves to steal food from his friends. The feeders are super easy to set up and program, making feeding time a breeze! Both cats learned to use them very fast, and the food lasts for almost two weeks. I feed no more than half a cup at a time, as I found that the food will not empty all the way, get backed up, and alert me that there is an obstruction. With feeding only half a cup at a time, there are no issues. I also had to change the collar for one of my cats, as it he kept getting caught in it when scratching at it (I bought a safety silicone break away instead, which works great). I like how it alerts you when the food chamber is low, and how it logs their eating times. Great feeder!

Buen comedero, en mi caso pedí 3 ya que tengo 3 gatos y cada uno debe tener una dieta diferente, este fue una excelente opción para ello, se puede personalizar bastante; por mejorar, en la aplicación el tema del filtro, realmente no tiene relación con el filtro real del comedero ya que se puede reiniciar el conteo sin necesidad de cambiar el filtro realmente, o si cambio el filtro y no reinicio en la aplicación el tiempo no llevo el conteo real de la vida útil del filtro.

We adopted two sister cats and it was the worst trying to feed them separately on our own as we’d have to feed them separately and far apart, otherwise our chunkier girl would go for her sister’s food. After convincing my husband that it’d be worth the money we ordered them and they are worth every penny!! We love the automatic measured feeder as it allows us to travel for several days without fear that our cats are over eating. We also love that the cats can’t eat the others’ food, and our puppy can’t eat any of it! It took one day to get our cats used to it and now they don’t meow at us anymore when hungry between meals because “we” don’t feed them anymore. I also love the removable steels bowls that the kibble falls into. It’s easy to clean and the sound of kibble falling on it helps beckon my cats over at mealtime. My husband has been convinced of how awesome it is and how easy it is to use now that we’ve had it for a while. Best cat purchase EVER. OVERALL THIS RFID CAT FEEDER IS GREAT ESPECIALLY FOR MULTIPLE CAT HOUSEHOLDS OR ONES WHERE THE DOGS TRY TO EAT THE CATS FOOD BEFORE THE CAT GETS A CHANCE BECAUSE WITH THAT RFID COLLAR THAT CAT WEARS ONLY THAT SPECIFIC CAT CAN OPEN THEIR FEEDER NO OTHER CATS OR DOGS CAN.

My older cat wasn't getting to eat her servings with the more basic PetLibro auto feeder. So I upgraded her to this so her little brother couldn't invade. Works great! The collar reads when she walks up, opens for her to eat, and closes when she leaves. Didn't take long to teach the old cat new tricks, just had to take her to the feeder and show her the door opening and closing and the food inside.

The side bars work to an extent, my fat boy does a lot of reaching over to wack at her to get his try. The door closes fast enough when she walks away that he only gets a bite or 2 but his big head does sometimes block it, sending an alert to my phone that the lid is blocked.

I highly recommend PetLibro products. This is my third and I've had nothing but success.

Set up was super easy, though the unit was a little dusty so I took some time to clean it a bit. The app was a quick download and it was easy to mess around with the settings. The enclosure shuts pretty tight, so you’ll need a Hannibal Lecter-type cat to pry that thing open. It’s also pretty quiet. You can hear it opening/closing, but it’s not disturbing at all. I turned the automated voice off because that was a little annoying, but it’s there if you want it.

I’ve read a lot of the reviews before ordering, and I really don’t understand the complaints about the collar. You can literally take the QR/RFID part off as soon as you unclamp the buckle, then pop it on another color of your choosing (as long as it has a little key ring or something). I get that the price is a bit high, but for all you’re getting, it’s really a simple fix.

The other cat in my household hasn’t managed to eat behind my cat yet, but we’ve only had this for less than 3 hours so she may figured it out. My 4 month old kitten adapted to it pretty easy.

Not recommending this to other buyers at all, but it IS possible to use wet food in this. Just put it directly in the silver tray.

So far I love this feeder! I was a bit worried because I had seen reviews about the chip not reading or that some cats have been able to tamper with it. We are a multicat household and we now have a majority of senior babies. One of our babies just got diagnosed with stage 3 renal failure and needs to be on a special diet. Diet is extremely important and with other cats they were trying to get into her food. So I got this as a hail Mary since I don't want to be fighting cats off all day or locking her up in her own room.
She took to it immediately! Scarlett is a definite scaredy cat of anything new and I was really worried because she doesn't really even like some of the automatic litter boxes I have. I do have a manual one that she uses mainly so using something automatic made me a bit hesitant. She was not afraid of the machine at all and I didn't even have to do a training period. I have a camera on her and I've been checking the app and she's taken to it with no issue. I just placed her in front of the feeder and she saw it open and then she just started munching a bit and that was it. I'm so thrilled about this because this is going to make things so much easier for me. I'm also going to be getting one for the rest of my cats at my household. The one big thing I wish this app had was being able to weigh how much the cats eaten. I think it would be really awesome if they had a scale so you could see roughly how much your cat is eating in a day so that way you can really see if the appetites declining from the very beginning. I think if anyone's able to swing the money for this feeder I would do it. I work in a cat only clinic and I can tell you that cats are primarily stoic and they hide a lot of their ailments. Having things that are just intuitive in your home to help spot any signs early I would recommend doing it. If I had started to notice better the decrease in my cats appetite and her gradual losing weight I could have caught her renal failure a lot sooner. The best thing we can do is cat guardians is being as proactive as possible. This this device allows me to be able to see what my cat is not able to tell me.

Pros: very quiet, easy to install and set up, accurate feeding times, keeps the food fresh and is tamper-proof, And I also love that it will graph food patterns.

Con: I wish this was rechargeable over being on a cord. I like the fact that you have batteries as a backup in case of a power outage but really rechargeable would be the most ideal.
It doesn't weigh the amount the cat ate but just the time and length of time the cat took to eat

Overall really good product And I plan to get more. I really hope they do something with weighing the kibble

At the end of the day, this feeder does what we need to do: keeps our food obsessed cat out of our non-food obsessed cat’s food.

It works just like it says and does what we need (we’re a few weeks into use now). I was worried at first because my cat was super scared of the door opening, but we were patient and took the time to put food out near it and get her used to it/showed her it wouldn’t hurt her and she came around after a few days. Now she uses it with no issues at all!

We originally had the two bowl Petlibro feeder, but our one cat would eat all of her food and then rest of her sister’s food. So she was overeating and the other one wasn’t eating enough. This solves that issue. We really appreciate that this gives her the ability to free feed, while we can still control the amount of food dispensed every day. It works great.

The one negative I have is the collar that came with it. It’s terrible. We kept finding it on the floor because our cat would pop it off just by scratching herself (and then wouldn’t be able to eat because the chip wouldn’t be on her anymore). After I tied it together with a string it stayed on, but it didn’t hold up to just regular cat scratching at all. The last pictures here are what it looked like after only one week. Luckily, I was able to fasten the microchip onto a different silicone collar with a small keyring and it’s working perfectly. I just wish the collar this came with was better for the price of it all.

Overall, I would give it 4.5 stars if I could because of the collar. I’m giving 5 stars though because the machine still totally solves our biggest issue, so I’m happy with it!

I bought this bad boy and set it up today. The unboxing and assembly was drama free as was the setup and pairing of the feeder to WiFi and collar to device. It worked perfectly from the very first time.

I have four cats and they all eat canned food. Unfortunately my old guy is needing to eat double calories to keep up his body weight. Trying to separate him from the others to prevent them from eating his food was a pain. Now I can make sure that he has access to his food but the others can’t steal or push him out of the way. The bowl is removable for cleaning and all of the parts look easy to clean from what I can tell.

When the intended cat was pushed out of the way (he had finished eating), the lid gently closed out the other cat without a problem.

My only complaint would be the ability to turn off the “add food” warning. I don’t feed dry so the storage tank is empty. That is a minor complaint.

I highly recommend this feeder as a great solution to needing to feed only one cat out of multiple cats.
