I wasn’t sure about this at first because it doesn’t have a freezer component. To my surprise we love it- the melting ice recycled through and we have a good flow of ice! Add water occasionally and we leave it on all the time:)

Got a new refrigerator without an ice maker and I hate making ice cubes in a tray.
Looked for a good countertop ice maker and decided this one fit my needs and I am elated with my choice! Easy to use, small footprint and makes nice so fast!

It only worked for two months. I purchased an extended warranty through Assurion. Assurion wouldn't help me because the unit has a factory 1-year warranty. I then called Ecozy customer support and explained the issue. They told me someone would be in touch with me from the warranty department by email. They did email me but wanted a video and told me to confirm my order # from Amazon. So now I have no ice and have used my time trying to fix something for them.

Tina at customer support sent a replacement machine. It took about two weeks for it to show up at my residence. Plugged in and working again. So far so good.

Item shipped quickly and was well packaged for safety. The product was easy to install, begin self-clean cycle, and operate right out of the box using the clear instructions. The ice does not take long to make. It is not a lot at a time, but I moved it directly into my freezer. It will work for what I need it for. We will see how long it lasts moving forward but highly satisfied so far!

So far so great! Faster than expected. Got this for my ice baths and it's made a little over 40lbs of ice in 2 days with me not being on top of it at all & being busy. Great purchase so far👍🏽

Ive had this a couple of months now s d i realize I lived too many years without buying this. It’s great! Makes ice fast! small, quiet, and made well. It makes 2 sizes, and great for those who like crunching ice without trashing their teeth. Saved money on repairs for fridge, and makes me feel fancy! You’ll love it.

We like that you can use regular water not just DI water. We also really like the standing scoop for this machine. The only downside is that it is not a quiet machine.

It arrived really fast. I allowed it to sit a while after unpacking. Followed directions per the manual and it works great. I add cold water to it and it makes ice really fast. Within 30 minutes the basket is full! This is well worth the money.

This ice maker does make ice quickly - but be prepared to transport it to the freezer to prevent melting. It works relatively quietly- unless the ice is dropping. It is self cleaning which is a huge plus. I have it on my coffee bar area and turn it on when I am expecting company and know that my refrigerator unit won’t handle the volume needed. Great for parties and get togethers.
