I ordered this scent atomizer for my new Lincoln Nautilus. I charged the unit and I put a scent cartridge. The first cartridge wouldn't work and a yellow light blinked 5 times. I tried several times to reposition it and still it wouldn't work. I then pressed the cartridge with my fingers and the scent was released, but when I used the lid, the blinking yellow light came back on. I opened the second cartridge and it worked, then I retried the first cartridge and again the yellow light came on

I contacted customer support and they were fast in replying to my concerns. Coco, who was emailing me helped me in figuring out what I was doing incorrectly. The emails were very professional and supportive. The first cartridge oil scent was low, and wasn't spraying much scent. Now customer service is sending 2 cartridges for the small inconvenience I experienced.

I’ve been hunting for months now for a car diffuser that both smells good and is very low maintenance, this may be the one. Set up is super simple and the oil capsule simply pops into the top under the lid. At first I was sad to see it use as a proprietary sent pod, but I realize that since it doesn’t use a canister full of liquid oil like some of the others that reduces the risk of an oil spill to practically zero some of the other models I’ve tried would usually end up leaking or spitting out residual oil all over my dashboard and causing a huge mess. I also absolutely love that there is a solar panel for this, so I don’t have to spend any time plugging it in every few days like the other models I’ve tried. I plugged it in just once on the first day and it’s been working all on its own with solar power for weeks now as for the scent, whatever it came with smells very nice. There’s multiple notes I can detect and there’s something nostalgic about it. I definitely plan on buying some other sense that are on the more masculine inside. I did have to add my own sticky pads to the bottom since my dashboard is particularly slippery and it doesn’t stick very well without some help. I haven’t even mentioned the design, which is out of this world, especially at night it is mesmerizing to watch it disperse the oil into a gas and then slowly swirl the vapor up into the air. It’s like a modern lava lamp.

There were a lot of similar products to this one at a lower price point but I wanted to get a good value for my money and the reviews indicated that this was it. I was not disappointed. This is a very clean and sophisticated look. I got the solar pad along with it and when people get in my car they think it’s a part of the car.

I had some issues with the charging pad but customer service was very helpful and responsive in a timely matter. It’s important to note that the solar pad won’t act as a sole means of charging. It prolongs the time between needing to be charged.

It sticks well to my dash without unnecessary movement and it’s very strong spray mist. I love the auto functionality where it cuts off when not in the vehicle and when it senses vibration from opening the door or starting the car it goes off and looks very smooth at night. It’s not overly big like the cup holder ones.

I have been using it close 2 months.the smell is great.Also it enhances the beauty and ambience of the car.it sprays consistently at fixed intervals and smell lasts till the next spray

Best customer service! I purchase this less than a year ago but unfortunately I received a defective unit, so I reached out to their customer service. I'm very glad that not only they honored the warranty, but also very patient in assisting me to debug the issue. And ultimately they have even sent me a replacement unit.
And it's been more than half a year now and they still very responsive in responding to my questions.

About the product, I see many competitors in the market, but I feel more relieved getting this one because I know I have a great company supporting us.

Video showed the searching light I saw and reason I reached out to the team. Through their guidance, I now realized it just means low supply and I need to replace the cartridge.

I purchased this item and planned on coming back to purchase the solar charger later. Not sure if I need the solar charger at all. So far so good on the air freshener! It’s has auto turn on/off with vibration from my car, it smells sooooo good, and it looks cool when it releases the vapor. Loving it so far. I have it on my console right now until I figure out where on my dash to stick it. Interested to see how long charge lasts and scent pod. My bf said the scent is semi arousing like the perfume I normally wear. A+ for a really innovative, aesthetically pleasing, and functional product!

This product works very well, and the fragrance is also great. When it operates at night, it gives off a blue light, which looks beautiful! I recommend buying it

Update April 24th, swapped my first cartridge. It lasted a little over a month. I have a short 6 mile commute to and from work so not too much driving daily.

Very cool air freshener! I’ve had it a week so far and haven’t had to charge it yet. I’ve got a 15 minute commute both ways and sit in my car a few times through the day when I take breaks from work. I’ll update the review the first time it needs a charge and also when I replace the refill for the first time. I do plan on getting the solar panel so we’ll see if I even need to charge it before then.

I was initially skeptical about the price, but I'm glad I went ahead with the purchase. The sandalwood cologne smells very nice—subtle and not overpowering at all. I love how it periodically sprays, especially at night when the blue light gives it a nice touch. I have a couple of these products, one for each car, and I'm not disappointed. The moment I start the car, it begins with its first spray, and once the car is no longer in motion, it turns off automatically and doesn't spray again. I'm interested in trying the other scents, but so far, Sandalwood is my favorite.

I love it! I matches well with the blue outline lighting on the interior of my car and the scent it puts out is enough to keep the car fresh while you’re driving it. I’ve had friends ask what it was and where to get it from.

It’s best to keep a light to medium scent because it seems like having a strong perfume spraying every 5-7 minutes would be too much. The mist does circle the car but it’s going to hit the driver first so you’ll get the strongest whiff.

The only downside I can find is that you have to buy their scent packets because they are not refillable and while I don’t think that’s a huge issue because of how new this product seems I think they only have a few scents available that fit this device. If it actually lasts 4-6 months then I’m not in a big rush to change it. The cherry blossom & sandal wood scent is good enough for now. Hopefully they update the scents they have available soon.

Have only had this in my car for 2 days and I’m already loving it! It’s such an eye catcher and it’s honestly so mesmerizing. I am really enjoying the Sandalwood fragrance. Hoping they come out with more scents soon. Couldn’t be happier!

I’ve spent money on air fresheners hoping that it would be the one to last long, smell good, and keep the car smelling fresh. I’ve looked around and have done endless research on the best air fresheners. I found this company by luck… and watching a YouTube video. Luckily I found it because I was losing hope and thought I’d have to stick to using the cardboard trees (which smell amazing but last a week at most). I was extremely hesitant on buying this because of the price but this purchase was worth every penny I paid for. As soon as I open the vehicle door it sets off a smooth smelling aroma. Though I wish there was a masculine fragrance for this specific car freshener model, I still enjoy the ones that come in the box. Thank you for making such a great product and I can’t wait to see what other fragrances become available. Would love to see a pure cologne fragrance for this unit.

The look is absolutely stunning! My kids & myself absolutely love the smell and presentation of this Ceeniu Car Diffuser! The packaging (for ALL their products… I’ve bought several! 🤭) is ALWAYS high quality and leaves me impressed every time! Setup & instructions are simple & straight forward to understand fully! Fragrances are wonderful! I’m only on my first (this product has a smart mode & senses when someone isn’t in the car to auto shut-off so it isn’t wasteful towards essential oil…or battery life!) I did purchase the solar panel for this CF8 and it’s done its job keeping my car smelling wonderful and the diffuser fully charged to do so! There is absolutely nothing but good things to say about this product! It’s worth the money spent! I come from a very AVERAGE-income based household and I can confidently say: this has been WORTH every cent! If you have any questions the Customer Service is exquisite! I'm sort of a "gadget man", and I was shopping for some replacement air fresheners for vehicle. I have to admit "the glowing mist" shot of the fragrance reeled me in (one of my familymembers said that it looks like one of those police lights from the old 80s movie that sits on the dashboard, lol. First off, I've never in my life owned an air freshener that had to charge. Secondly, having a blue, glowing, smoke cloud sitting on my dash while driving at night?? An air freshener with an OPTIONAL solar panel (which I also purchased) to charge it?? Again, the "nerd" in me was intrigued. Also, I like that its scent has a time-based release. And that's more than likely is the reason why Ceeniu can claim it lasts longer than the typical, disposable air freshener. I have to admit, it's the most I have ever paid for pertaining to an air freshener, but I believe it will pay for itself over time. (The CF8 air freshener has a quality, compact and sturdy build, and it doesn't look or feel cheap. I mean, because it wasn't...).

But aside from the VISUAL ASPECT of the CF8, the scent is perfect. I received two scents in my package - "Alpine Ambition" and "Oceanic Saga". I have only had my Ceeniu for a couple of day, so I haven't had enough time experience both scents. This review is about the "Alpine Ambition" scent. the one I want When I "perfect" I mean it's not too overwhelming, but it's not too light either. I made my decision on fragrances based on the description of the notes. The description of "Alpine Ambition" - even the name itself - would have thinking that of masculine cologne or aftershave fragrance. It's actually flowery, light scent. One of the kid cousins that I asked to give feedback about the scent stated that "It smelled like a baby". Lol, I think what my younger cousin was trying to describe was that "Alpine Ambition" has a clean, refreshing, "open" (more feminine/unisex??) fragrance - at least that's how the scent registers with my senses. Its not "woodsy".

My favorite scent to buy is "New Car" when I purchase air fresheners for my vehicle. And even though this scent doesn't smell like "New Car", I really like it!! I would definitely buy it again. It seems like the themes of Ceeniu's scents lean more toward "nature" or "outdoorsy", so I may not ever see a "New Car" scent added to the lineup- and that's fine. I will explore other scents Ceeniu has to offer, but I really like my introduction to Ceeniu products.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase of the Ceeniu CF8 Air Freshener. It comes with two fragrances, and (at the time of my purchase) the ability to extend the warranty by two years. It's built to last. Looks nice in my 2022 Honda CR-V (forgive me for the unflattering angles of my pictures. I really just posted the pictures to show that I am a real customer). But yes, It looks way better than having a tree hanging from the rear-view mirror. It's way more attractive than having a bubble clipped on to your vents. It's just... different - and I like "different". It also smells really nice. I am definitely going to get more scents.

I just wanted to say this is the best freshener I've ever bought. It's pricey, but definitely worth every penny!

The product and service are fantastic! I need to give a special shoutout to Tiffany—she's like an angel. Recently, I noticed that the device stopped lighting up in the stunning blue color I love, and instead, it just flashed yellow. I thought it was broken or maybe the scent cartridge had run out, just like the manual described.

When I reached out to customer service, Tiffany was incredibly patient and helped me solve the issue. I hadn’t secured the lid tightly, and it had come loose from the bumps in the road, triggering the yellow light as a warning. With Tiffany's guidance, I fixed it easily, and it started working perfectly again. This was a huge relief because I really love this product.
