This is my first robot vacuum and I’m very happy with the purchase! Love the self emptying feature of this. Works really well to pick up all of the dog hair around the house! There’s a lot of customization options for cleaning in the app.

Cleans on set schedule every day. Very intelligent “set it and forget it” cleaning. Quality exceeds the price point! This is my third robot vacuum; had I known about this unit previously, then it would have been my first and last!

Whyyyyyy I didn’t have one sooner? Wait, I know, it’s because the floor needs to be cleaned up before it’s cleaned… impossible to do with little ones! But now, the time is right! 8 PM, every day… This little beauty does all the work for me! She kicks up and I do a quick walkthrough for clothes and cords and such - such a blessing not to have to vacuum every day after 2 pets!! best purchase along with Hoselink! You get what you pay for!

We have a lot of dogs and a lot of pet hair. Plus we live on a farm. This robotic vacuum has done well over the past year compared to others I have had. We honestly don't even use the remote control or some of the mapping accuracy features, but we just clean with it when we need it. I got this while on sale so it was good value for the money. Noise level is pretty good. Definitely more on the quiet side than others. It has a good capacity and I love that it dumps itself. It does struggle when things get stuck in it, but that's pretty much any of these vacuums.

Great packaging, easy to download the app & setup, a lot quieter than my two annoying Roombas that cost 3 times more, and I always have to go look for them because they get stuck somewhere.

I never leave reviews, but I HAD to for this. It’s just that good. I was on the fence for so long and wish I hadn’t been. I smile when I hear the little sound indicator that the bot is going out for a cleaning. It does such a fabulous job. Just do it!

As a household with a Shark vacuum on each floor of our house (basement, main floor, second floor), we panicked when our oldest, most powerful Shark robot vacuum died. It was the first generation who could empty themselves and was responsible for taking care of the most extensive square footage of our home (the main floor). As we tried to find parts to repair it, fur was getting out of hand in our household. Unable to take it any longer, we upgraded to the new AI vacuum with a larger dumping bin. Honestly, we are so glad we did since it has been truly night and day! 

The new Shark Matrix was very easy to set up out of the box. The bin was together, mostly just getting protective wrapping off the vacuum. From there, it was just waiting for it to charge. Getting it on the app was just scan and go, with the hardest part being deciding what to name our vacuum. After a good twelve-hour charge (we had it charging while we were working and taking care of dinner), we had to do its first sweep of the house, mostly just mapping its new territory. It had a very detailed map on the first try, something our old vacuum had never really accomplished. 

What was really impressive, however, was the vacuuming itself. The next day, we let it go on its first true expedition. Unlike our old one, we still have not seen an error, and it has taken care of itself, even with large tufts of dog fur (we have two double-coated Alaskan Malamutes in full shed). It just didn't care. It took care of everything, emptied itself, and had no clogs! It even had an even better map after working and sent us complete statistics of its work. 

We are so glad we got this vacuum and are pleased with how it has cleaned and handled large amounts of dog fur. If you have a double-coated dog and want to make life easier, get this vacuum! 

Does a very good job! Make sure you remember to clean out the couple filters in the actual base of the tower. I forgot for a while and lost suction until I realized what the problem was and now it works again like new! Also, Amazon has great packages of generic replacement brushes, rollers and filters for this model. They work perfect! I've had this vacuum for about 6 months and just replaced the rollers for the time. Overall 5 stars. I highly recommend it

I have three dogs and this is a game changer. It vacuums up so much hair. We use ours every day for in between actual vacuuming! Hair does get caught up in the roller but it’s an easy to take part to clean! After a couple of runs it knows your house very well and rarely bumps into things. Charges very fast!

Right before this we tried out a Roomba Q052. It was our first time trying a robot vacuum and we did not like it. We returned it after two days because it did not do a good job due to lack of home mapping features. I didn't realize how important home mapping is for robot vacuums! So after doing a lot of research I decided to try this one out! We got the Shark AI Ultra Voice Control robot.

The first run, it learns the floor plan of your home. At first, it did not generate a good floor plan at all, so I left the house and had it try mapping again (this time with no humans or pets walking in front of it), and it mapped my floor plan very well. I like that it allows you to click and drag different areas to designate the rooms. I've had it do two full cleans now and I'm impressed. I have carpet in a couple rooms and hard wood in the rest of the house. It transitions nicely between the carpet and hard wood, and also can go over area rugs easily. You can schedule it to clean on specific days at specific times which is really nice, and also select specific rooms you want it to clean.

Here are some minor drawbacks I've found: First, that circle thing sticking up on top of the robot is just high enough that it prevents it from being able to go all the way under some furniture. Second, it is kinda loud and squeaky. Not a big deal. I'd rather have a loud vacuum that's good than a quiet vacuum that does a bad job, but that's just me. Third, it misses some edges. Again, not the biggest deal. I'd rather it not ram into things like the roomba did. The shark stops just before it would run into something, turns, and continues, which causes it to miss some edges. Over all though, I think it's great and will keep my floors pretty clean. I am mostly impressed with the home mapping part. I will report back with an updated review when I've had it for a bit longer. We'll see how she holds up!

I’ve had Rosie about 6 months and is programmed to run through the entire house every morning. Getting under beds was a major concern for me. My house is very dusty from being close to 3 major highways and a mile from a major international airport. The daily vacuum prevents dust buildup and helps to keep my house cleaner and with a lot less dusting needed throughout the house. I am disabled and appreciate having a resource that will do these tasks. I use the daily scheduling but don’t talk to the vacuum. It empties regularly on its own so that is a bonus. The main compartment will hold a lot of dust. It won’t last 2 months with my excessive dust but it is easy to empty the bin. Connectivity has been lost a few times but it doesn’t seem to be a regular problem and has not stopped Rosie from doing her job. The app for Rosie is easy to use and helps to keep track of your vacuuming results. It takes about 90 minutes to vacuum my small 3 bedroom house. Halfway through her task she returns to base to empty. She is usually about 15% battery when she returns to recharge. After she recharges there is usually about 6 more minutes of vacuuming to finish up and she does that once she is fully charged about 2 1/2 hours later.
The vacuum goes under tables and chairs and beds easily, but not under my couch and chairs and ottoman or dressers that have a lower profile.
I don’t have problems so far. I’ve had to replace a brush after it got caught on a rug, which was simple, and I’ve had to clear the brush roller a couple times. All was easy to accomplish. I’ve used the matrix clean room cleaner and the no-go zone feature. Both worked well. (You need the app for these functions)
If you accidentally kick your vacuum or it gets knocked off the base, it will return on its on. You can easily use your vacuum without the app, there are controls for cleaning and docking on the top of the vacuum. The app helps you program daily vacuum or a certain time. That is convenient for me. The only thing that could be a problem is where you locate the vacuum. There should be 5 feet of clearance on both sides and the front for the vacuum to have space to realign with the base.
When I bought this it was not reviewed yet, and in spite of my hesitation, I do not regret my purchase. I paid just under $400 for my vacuum and I highly recommend this product.
