I can only say that I loveaaaaa! They have to use it. This amazing, the best part is when you can put it on the table and take pictures and videos without holding your phone.

I used the Osmo Mobile 7P during an international trip and overall the experience was very positive. The stabilizer works wonderfully: videos look smooth and professional, even while walking or filming in motion. Its compact design makes it easy to carry, which is perfect for traveling.

That said, there are a couple of drawbacks. The system occasionally freezes and interrupts recording, and the app drains the battery on the iPhone 15 Pro quite quickly, which means carrying an extra charger is almost a must.

Truth be told, this wasn't my first choice for a mobile gimbal arm. I saw some others that sparked my interest, but when I compared their specs, the 7P really stood out to me. It has some features not included in other brands, is remarkably well made, and is even priced slightly less than the competition. I was instantly impressed when I first began using it. It has an intuitive design and works perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy device (even while still in its protective case). I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable gimbal solution at a reasonable price.

First of all, I received the Osmo 7P with a broken "side dial wheel". It was broken out of the box. The dial would fall out and the Osmo 7P would rattle when I shook it, confirming a piece had broken off internally. An exchange was not possible on Amazon's website return page. So I contacted Amazon customer service via CHAT. They imitated the return and exchange for me and I received the replacement in the afternoon of the chat.
When I opened the new Osmo 7P, then followed Osmo 7P first use guide (which i did the first time) and everything worked this time.

I had a chance to use the gimbal and it was easy to use. It was a thousand times better than my 4 year old Zhiyun Smooth 4, and half the size.

Great customer service by Amazon. I also purchased the 3 year protection plan extended warranty offered by Amazon, just in case...

Excelente producto, llegó rapidamente, es bastante intuitivo de usar, cómodo y práctico, un poco pesado, sin embargo, es manejable, el vendedor fue rapido y confiable. Recomiendo la versión 7P para aquello que tenga un objetivo profesional, en el que necesiten usar la camara del celular a su máximo rendimiento dado que esta version les permite usar cualquier aplicación de cámara con el seguimiento activo. Para los demas, la versión 7 es mas que aceptable, puesto que la aplicación de DJI es bastante completa.

I love this gimbal. It takes a bit to learn all its functions but, once learned, can do a ton of cool stuff including two types of panoramic. Small and light weight. Smooth tracking. Easy to operate. Definitely improves video quality. Gave one to a friend - he loves it, too.
